Ingredients

  • Fresh Coffee Beans
  • Hot Water
  • V60 Filter

Preparation

  1. Coffee Dose: 15 grams
  2. Total Water: 225 grams (mL)
  3. Grind Size: Medium-fine (similar to fine sand or table salt)
  4. Water Temperature: 93°C–96°C (or 30–45 seconds off the boil)
  5. Target Brew Time: 2:30 to 3:00

French Press

Ingredients

  • Coarse Coffee Powder
  • Boiled Water
  • French Press Pot

Preparation

  1. Coffee: 30 grams (about 3 tablespoons) coarsely ground
  2. Water: 500 grams (about 2 cups)
  3. heated to 95°C.Equipment: French press, spoon, and a timer.

Green Tea

Ingredients

  • Green Tea Leaves
  • Honey
  • Lemon

Preparation

  1. Water: 2 cupsGreen Tea: 2 tea bags (or 2 teaspoons of loose leaves)
  2. Fresh Ginger: 1 small slice, crushedLemon Juice: 1 teaspoonHoney: 1-2 teaspoons (to taste)

Cold Brews

Ingredients

  • Cold Water
  • Ground Coffee
  • Ice Cubes

Preparation

  1. Steep coffee for 18 hours.
  2. Filter smoothly.
  3. Serve chilled with ice.
